How do I book a game on the LED floor?

1. Click the “Book” tab. 2. Choose the duration and day of your game. The system will display all available slots and their prices. 3. Click on the desired slot and confirm your choice by clicking the “Select” button. 4. Enter your contact details: Name, Phone, Email, and click “Confirm.” 5. Review the information and make the prepayment. You have 15 minutes to complete this step. 6. If the payment is successful, the system will display a confirmation message. At what age can games be played on the LED floor?

Children under 4 years old may only use the LED floor if accompanied by at least one parent Children aged 4 to 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older, with a 1:1 ratio (one adult per child) You are responsible for your children’s behavior and any consequences We are not responsible for children left unattended We understand that every child is unique, so age requirements may be slightly relaxed depending on the child's maturity and physical readiness If you have any questions, please message us on social media or call us at +995 591 04 51 56 We look forward to seeing you, dear guests

How many people can play at the same time?

We recommend 6 people. This is the optimal and safest number to ensure that all guests have the best possible experience. The maximum allowed number in the LED room is 8. However, you are welcome to rotate and take breaks during the game ;)

How do I prepare to play on an LED floor?

Playing games on the LED floor is an active and fun experience for all ages For your comfort, we recommend wearing comfortable sports shoes If you don't plan to run fast or jump a lot, you can wear any shoes without heels, spikes, or stones in the soles Playing without shoes or rubberized clean socks is not allowed For your convenience, we provide Rubberized socks in your size for 5 GEL Dry and wet towels in the bathroom Water and soft drinks Excellent cooling and ventilation We look forward to seeing you, dear guests

How many people can come with me?

The optimal number of guests at one time is 12. This way, you can enjoy the best experience possible. For example, gather a group of 12 friends or family members and rotate when you get tired or need a break. While 6 people are playing, the other 6 can relax in our chill zone, enjoy drinks, and play free board games. Plus, it's more cost-effective this way! We do not impose a limit on the number of guests in our game center as long as it doesn’t inconvenience you or other visitors. We hope you have a great time at our game center!

Can you book a room for a corporate event or birthday?

How do I change or cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change and we try to meet our clients' needs. To change or cancel your booking, please contact us at +995 591 04 51 56 or via social media. The rules are as follows: 1. Changing a booking - Rules for changing the booking time:     - notify the change 4 hours before the booked time.     - There must be a time slot available in the system that you agree to.   - Booking date change rules:     - report the change 8 hours before the booked time.     - there must be a time slot available in the system for the desired day you agree to.   - Restrictions:     - the same reservation can only be changed once.     - if the above rules are violated, the booking will not be changed and the prepayment will not be refunded.   2. Cancellation of reservations - Cancellation policy:   - notify cancellation 8 hours before the booked time.   - in case of cancellation less than 8 hours in advance, the prepayment will not be refunded.   - Refund     - in case of cancellation 8 hours or more in advance, the prepayment will be refunded in full.     - Refunds will be made within 5 working days to the same account from which the prepayment was made.   We reserve the right to relax the rules for regular customers. Is it possible to come to you with animals?
